Mmmm fresh bread. Good quality soups, sandwiches and salads, but for the price I always wish there was just a little bit more. My husband especially, it's so hard to convince him to go with me because he leaves hungry. Hard to spend $20 for two sandwiches and two drinks and have him grumble all the way home about what else he can eat when we get home. Still, I love the frontega panini, the broccoli cheddar soup, or I will pair the grilled cheese with tomato soup, and I can never resist the bear claws (though I should!). This location is always very busy. Especially weekdays. Expect long lines and an unsuccessful hunt for a place to sit.

I ordered "to go" through the app. My order was on the pick up shelf. I had my child in tow. We went in, grabbed our order, exited Panera, and got in the car. Looked in the bag and saw they forgot my side (French baguette). Went inside, got French baguette. Got back to the car, realized they hadn't put my child's cookie in the bag either (which was the item listed at the TOP of the ticket taped to the bag). Went back inside to get cookie, exited, got back in the car and finally left. That is 3 ins and outs. Too many for a "rapid pick up" order. I do rapid pick up orders at a lot of different Paneras depending on where I am in JC. This is the only Panera that's forgotten to put stuff in my bag. Most of the time it's a snap--run in and run out. It's all paid for and you've skipped the line and the wait. I LOVE this service Panera offers. Just not at this location.

We visit this location at least thrice a month. I ordered the Asian soup once and did not like it. They replaced it with another soup of my choice without charging extra.

I should probably be fair and give them three stars. I'm just mad because they don't carry a roast beef sandwich anymore. I wanted a roast beef--quite possibly the most widely requested sandwich in the country. And they don't carry it anymore. Bone-heads. Very frustrating.

We frequently enjoy a good meal at Panera Bread, but this evening we opted to take our order to go, and when we got home, I was very disappointed that my salad was so small...only a few bites! Next time - I will order it to dine in so I get a much bigger one for the same price and then ask for a to-go box! I felt ripped off this evening! Unbelievable! It was almost like a sample of salad! Very disappointing!

I love Panera. It IS a chain, but the franchises are run so well, that i find they are very consistent from location to location - even in other cities. I almost always get the U-pick-2. It's a great deal and I usually have leftovers to boot. I visited this location this week. It does not have as much seating as the Town Center mall location I usually go to, but I was getting it to go, so I didn't really care. I came at noon - and at the end of a rush - but my order was taken quickly and I didn't have to wait too long for my food. Everything was accurate with my order and I was out the door. I'll definitely be back.

Let me just start out by saying I love Panera. However...this was my first time in this restaurant and I was extremely disappointed. I ordered the adult grilled cheese and tomato soup, but what I got was just cheese and bread. No bacon, no fun cheese, just cheddar. The entire call it in and pick it up process is strange there. There is a sign that says pickup orders, but when you go over to it, they can't take your money. Just a strange experience and a messed up order. I might drive further next time to the other location...

It is similar to all other Panera's. Decent neutral color decor, nice selection of bagels, sandwiches, etc. Can have a breakfast or lunch without feeling bad about it if you order correctly. This morning I chose the Breakfast Power with Ham on Whole Grain since it had the least number of calories with 340. Knocked it down to 300 by asking for egg whites instead. The speed was typical for Panera, not fast food speeds but close in this case and short wait given what your getting.

The clerk was new so a bit slow today, but I bought some sourdough bread. It was good as usual. We cooked biscuits and gravy this morning and put the gravy on the sourdough. Panera is very consistent. I also like the sandwiches, chicken noodle soup, and salads.

Bummer for me and my citrus allergy. According to the cashier, all scones and all salads have citrus. All scones have an orange glaze. Chicken salads have some sort of citrus glaze on the chicken. Also, three of the five hot tea selections have citrus. Before the orange glaze craze, I used to love the Panera's cinnamon scones.

It's good but too expensive for soups and sandwiches

Very good sandwiches. Good coffee too. Very nice place to get coffee and hang out with a friend. Frontega Chicken is my favorite along with a cup of broccoli cheddar soup.

I have purchased two Deluxe Assorted Sandwiches and catered a meal with 5 boxed lunches. Each time the food was excellent with amazing quality and freshly prepared. The manager Joe at this location was fantastic as well. He went above and beyond to make sure I got everything that I needed. I was very impressed and will be certain to come back to this Panera Bread for all my catering needs. Thank You Panera. I highly recommend the iced chai tea!

Panera is a great "fast food" place. Normally, I love Panera, and it's a great option for fast sandwiches and salads. But this location is notorious for forgetting large portions of your order. Consider yourself lucky if you ever get a carry out order that only omits your bread and chips. Regularly, I end up with no salad dressing. Dining in would be preferable if you could ever find a table, they hadn't reduced their portions by 50%, or if they ever had anything you wanted to order available after 5pm. I can't count the number of disappointing experiences at this location. Perhaps the reduction in portion sizes is happening at every franchise location, but on a recent trip to Springfield and Branson, MO, I found that wasn't the case.
